ImageUTZ Technologies, Inc. today announced that it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire PhoneBrasil Inc. Telephonica VOIP Digital.

Company representative commented, "CEO Dennis Curtis announced the execution of a definitive agreement to acquire an American based company that is active in South America. This company is far advanced in the VOIP industry and has the ability to rapidly expand."

Dennis Curtis, President and CEO, stated: "This acquisition will not only help to increase revenues but will result in substantial earnings. This gives UTZ Technologies, Inc. its first forming facility both in Florida and in Brazil. This acquisition will give our company competitive flexibility to service our customers directly and positions UTZE to be able to service with close proximity all future transplant customers in South America including our key market in Brazil. This includes advantage of much lower costs; flexibility in the industry, dealing with very competitive rates, and is able to use this facility as a base for future growth in the US. I want to welcome our new employees at PhoneBrasil Inc. into the UTZE family, and look forward to working with them as part of a growing, exciting and healthy company that can provide significant opportunity."
